With over 20 years of experience supporting management across the engineering and legal sectors, Joanne brings strong organisational expertise and a thoughtful, people-focused approach to her role. At Sana Living, she has developed valuable experience guiding Participants through their journey into their long-term SDA home, providing clear, tailored information to support individuals and their networks in making informed and confident decisions.

Following each transition, Joanne maintains ongoing engagement through regular visits, gathering feedback to ensure Participants’ needs are being met and their experience remains positive. She shares these insights with the broader team, supporting continuous improvement in service delivery and outcomes for Participants.
