Joanne plays a key role in managing and strengthening Sana Living’s relationships with Participants throughout their tenancy in our Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) from moving day and beyond.

With over 20 years of experience supporting management across the engineering and legal sectors, Joanne brings strong organisational expertise and a thoughtful, people-focused approach to her role. Since joining Sana Living, she has built valuable experience guiding Participants through their SDA journey, and now applies that same care to supporting tenants once they’ve settled into their long-term home.

Joanne conducts regular check-ins and home visits to ensure Participant’s needs continue to be met, coordinating customisation requests and other modifications to help Participants feel truly at home. Joanne remains a familiar and trusted face for Participants long after move-in, gathering feedback and sharing insights with the broader team to support continuous improvement in the tenancy experience.
